Craig R. Watson
Craig graduated from Portland State University with High Honors in 1984 and is a recipient of the PSU Alumni Award and the Nina Mae Kellogg award. He obtained his law degree from the State University of New York at Buffalo in 1987. Before joining the firm in 1987, he gained experience as an intern at the U.S. Justice Department, Buffalo Office.
Craig is a member of the Erie County Bar Association and the New York State Trial Lawyers Association. He is admitted to practice before all New York State trial and appellate courts and is admitted to practice in the State of Washington. Craig is also admitted to the U.S. Court of Appeals, Second and Eleventh Circuits, and the U.S. District and U.S. Bankruptcy Courts, Western District of New York. He has served as a guest lecturer at SUNY at Buffalo, Law School, and he is actively involved as a Tutor with Lawyers for Learning at Buffalo Public School 18.
Craig has specialized in product liability and toxic tort litigation. He has successfully litigated numerous cases on behalf of permanently injured individuals involving defective products, including industrial presses, injection molding machines, dry ice presses, shearing machines, fryer and kitchen equipment, automobiles and trucks, tires, welding equipment, playground equipment, chemical packaging equipment, propane tank and barbeque grill explosions, ladders, flammable fabrics, dairy farming equipment, construction tools and household appliances.
