Family of Fatally Injured Forklift Mechanic Recovers $1.2 Million

Following nine weeks of trial before the New York State Supreme Court, the spouse and 24 year old son of a forklift mechanic recovered 1.2 million dollars present value settlement as a result of his wrongful death when a forklift jack slipped out of position resulting in the mechanic's death.
